1. Who we are

These Terms of Use are issued by Tenis rekreacija, Anže Gartner s.p., Torkarjeva 13, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, registration number 8236500000, tax number 6985476.

Delpa App is an online platform for recording sports activities, managing matches, displaying results, tracking statistics, ratings, leagues, tournaments, schedules and other related community features.

2. Acceptance of the terms

By registering, accessing or using Delpa App, you confirm that you are familiar with these Terms of Use and agree to them.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply together with other published policies and notices within the platform, including the Privacy Policy.

3. Account, identity and age

• The service is intended for persons at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and account activity.
• You must use your real first and last name and accurate, up-to-date information.
• First and last name are essential for fair play, player identification, contact between players, statistics and management of matches, leagues and tournaments.
• If we determine that account information is incomplete, clearly incorrect or misleading, we may temporarily limit certain features until it is corrected.

4. What Delpa App provides

• creating and using a user account,
• recording matches, results and sports activity,
• displaying ratings, statistics and activity history,
• following other players within the portal,
• creating, managing and participating in leagues,
• creating, managing and participating in tournaments,
• displaying tournament brackets, match order and progression,
• uploading match images and other sports content,
• using additional features depending on the account type.

5. User content

Users may publish and upload content within the portal, including comments, descriptions, results, match images, tournament and league data and other materials.

• you confirm that you have the right to publish and share such content,
• the content must not infringe third-party rights or the law,
• the content must not be unlawful, misleading, abusive or otherwise impermissible.

By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable and royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute such content to the extent necessary for the operation of the portal.

6. Matches, results, statistics, rating, leagues and tournaments

• match results may be entered by participants and authorized administrators,
• false reporting of results or abuse of administrative rights is prohibited,
• ratings, statistics, standings, brackets and related sports views are calculated from system data,
• access to certain statistics and history may depend on account type or user role,
• the provider reserves the right to correct obvious errors in results and displays,
• Delpa App is a digital sports record and not an independent referee of real-world outcomes.

7. Acceptable use

• you may not use the service for unlawful or misleading purposes,
• you may not attempt to breach the system or bypass security mechanisms,
• you may not scrape data automatically without permission,
• you may not publish malicious code, dangerous links or harmful content,
• you may not harass, insult, threaten or endanger other users.

8. Subscriptions and payments

• Delpa App may offer free and paid packages,
• payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe,
• paid features, pricing, scope and duration are defined at the time of purchase,
• subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in time,
• pricing and package scope may change from time to time,
• refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

9. Provider rights and moderation

• we reserve the right to moderate, limit visibility of or remove content,
• for serious or repeated violations, we may temporarily restrict or permanently close an account,
• where needed for technical correctness or system integrity, we may correct certain records administratively,
• we may change, temporarily limit or discontinue the service at any time.

10. Intellectual property

• all rights in the application, source code, logos, design and trademarks remain with the provider or its licensors,
• we grant users a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms.

11. Personal data protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

• the service is provided on an "as is" basis,
• we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute accuracy of all user-entered data,
• to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or consequences of incorrect entries.

13. Changes to the service, pricing and terms

We may update or change these terms, portal features, pricing and service operation from time to time.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. The competent court in Ljubljana shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
